Citigroup Global Markets is a banking institution based in New York, New York. It is a broker-dealer registered with the SEC. It operates as a subsidiary of Citigroup Financial Products and hence is an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Citigroup. The assets are managed by the executive management team. The bank is a Registered Investment Adviser (RIA).
