Champalimaud Foundation

Champalimaud Foundation is an independent non-profit foundation located in Lisbon, Portugal. Established in 2005, the mission of the Champalimaud Foundation is to develop programs of advanced biomedical research and provide clinical care of excellence, focusing on translating pioneering scientific discoveries into solutions that can improve the quality of life of individuals around the world. It was founded by António de Sommer Champalimaud. The assets are managed by the board members.
