Brown-Forman Corporation Salaried Employees Retirement Plan is a single-employer defined benefit non-contributory corporate pension based in Louisville, Kentucky. Established in 1953, it is a defined benefit, noncontributory pension plan covering substantially all nonunion salaried domestic employees and certain nonunion hourly and temporary employees of Brown-Forman and certain subsidiaries, who have completed one year of service. The assets of the plan are managed and governed by the investment and funding committee.
