Boost Africa Technical Assistance Facility

Boost Africa Technical Assistance Facility is a limited partner based in Accra, Africa. Established in 2016, the firm, implemented by Adam Smith Europe (part of Adam Smith International), provides bespoke support to the professional and operational skills of partner fund managers and their investees to realize growth among innovative tech start-ups and high-growth SMEs in Sub-Saharan Africa. The Facility is funded by the European Union and the Organization of African, Caribbean and Pacific States, through the 11th European Development Fund. Boost Africa, a joint initiative of the African Development Bank (AfDB) and the European Investment Bank (EIB), addresses this by creating opportunities for young women and men in Africa. The assets are managed by the executive team.
