BOKF Equity

BOKF Equity is a fund of funds based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Established in 2003, the fund is an investment arm of BOK Financial. It serves as the general partner of two consolidated private equity funds. The funds provide alternative investment opportunities to certain customers, some of whom are related parties, through unaffiliated limited partnerships. These unaffiliated limited partnerships generally invest in distressed assets, asset buyouts, or venture capital companies. The assets are managed by the executive management team.
