Boann Social Impact

Boann Social Impact is a corporation based in Toronto, Canada. Established in 2023, as a partnership between the Table of Impact Investment Practitioners (TIIP) and Community Impact Investments, the firm is backed by an initial $154 million contribution from the Government of Canada's Social Finance Fund. Boann's investment strategy focuses on supporting social finance intermediaries that provide flexible financing to Social Purpose Organizations (SPOs). The organizations are dedicated to generating positive social, cultural, and environmental impacts across Canada.
