Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida Foundation

Florida Blue Foundation is a private non-profit foundation based in Jacksonville, Florida. Established in 2001, the foundation supports community-based solutions that address different healthcare challenges facing Florida both today and in the future. Its mission is to include a focus both on the health and well-being of Floridians and on the health of their communities. The organization is a separate philanthropic affiliate of Florida Blue, Florida's Blue Cross, and Blue Shield company. The assets of the foundation are managed by the board of directors.
