BFI Retirement Plan

BFI Retirement Plan is a single-employer defined benefit corporate pension fund based in Phoenix, Arizona. Established in 1976, the plan provides retirement, death, and disability benefits to the eligible employees of Browning-Ferris Industries and subsidiaries. Mrs Jennifer Thomson serves as the plan administrator and performs the duties of operation, control, and the overall administration of the plan. State Street Bank and Trust Company serve as the trustee of the plan.
