Berklee College of Music Retirement Plan

Berklee College of Music's Retirement Plan is a single-employer, noncontributory, defined-benefit corporate pension fund based in Boston, Massachusetts. Established in 1959, the plan provides a benefit payable as lifetime monthly income at retirement for the employees of Berklee College of Music, the largest independent college of contemporary music in the world. Some of the plan's benefits include medical insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, and disability insurance. The assets of the pension fund are administered and managed by the executive management team.
