Baltic American Enterprise Fund

Baltic American Enterprise Fund is a corporation based in Washington DC, District of Columbia. Established in 1995, it is the first residential mortgage securitization out of Central and Eastern Europe. It commenced its mortgage lending operations in 1997 and has become a leader in the development of primary and secondary mortgage markets in the Baltic states. The assets of the firm are managed by the executive management team.
