ASB Ventures is co-founded by four family trust funds with a tradition of venture investment firm based in Auckland, New Zealand. Established in 2003, the firm through the ASB dollar FOFs, focused on venture investment opportunities in the United States, Europe, and Australia. In 2009, the firm entered China, and established Shenzhen ASB Ventures Management Co., Ltd., to expand its RMB risk fund management business. So far, they have registered and managed more than 15 venture capital funds and invested in over 100 enterprises.
