Established in 1957 by Mr. Pierre Lévy, the firm is focused on private equity investments and specializes in the fund of funds investments and seeks to invest in leveraged buy-outs, mezzanine, owner's buyout, mature stage, later stage, turnaround, emerging growth, management buy-ins, management buy-outs, restructuring of distressed companies and shareholder's cash out. The assets of the firm are managed by the board members.
