Arkema Retirement Benefits Plan is a single-employer noncontributory defined benefit corporate pension located in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. Established in 1960, the plan provides retirement, pension, and death benefits to the members of Arkema, a global producer of industrial chemicals. The plan is administered by the pension administrative committee, which has overall responsibility for the operation and administration of the plan. The pension investment committee is responsible for the determination and the appropriateness of the plan's investment offerings and for monitoring investment performance.
