The firm is owned by Cerqueda Donadeu family which manages the investments made by the family members since they started their activity as investors. These investments are organized in to three business areas which are financial, industrial and real estate. It is focused to increase the long-term value of the family's assets, by managing and administrating them efficiently and optimizing the balance between its risk profile and expected profitability. The firm was formed in 1930.
