Amica Pension Plan

Amica Pension Plan is a single-employer noncontributory defined benefit corporate pension fund based in Providence, Rhode Island. Established in 1965, the plan provides death, retirement and pension benefits to the eligible members of Amica Mutual Insurance Company. All funds of the plan are held in trust by the Board of Trustees of the plan under a trust instrument adopted by the board of Directors of Amica Mutual Insurance Company. The investments of the plan are managed by the executive management team.
