American International Group Retirement Plan is a single-employer, non-contributory, defined-benefit corporate pension plan based in New York. Established in 1985, the plan operates in accordance with the provisions of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA). The overall design of the plan is overseen by the Compensation and Management Resources Committee of the Board of Directors of American International Group, and the plan administrator is the AIG Retirement Board. The assets are managed by the executive management team.
