American Express Retirement Plan

American Express Retirement Plan is a single-employer noncontributory defined benefit corporate pension based in New York City, New York. Established in 1985, the plan provides retirement benefits to the US employees of American Express. The plan covers domestic employees, employees traditionally employed in the U.S., and on temporary assignments outside of the U.S., and career expatriate employees of American Express Company and its participating subsidiaries. The assets of the plan are managed by the executive management team.
