AGL Resources Retirement Plan

AGL Resources Retirement Plan was a single-employer defined-benefit corporate pension based in Atlanta, Georgia. Established in 1946, the plan provided retirement benefits to employees of Southern Company Gas, an American Fortune 500 energy services holding company and participating affiliates. The plan was managed by the executive management team. Effective, January 1, 2018, the board of directors and plan sponsor approved a merger of the plan into SCPP.
