Established in 2000 by Mr. Liu Xiao Song, the firm sources music content from its own interactive internet UGC platform and from international and domestic record labels. The firm promotes music content through wireless networks of mobile operators and on the internet and sells music content in form of ringtones, RBTs and IVR Music to mobile phone users. The assets of the firm are managed by the board members.
