1675 Foundation is an independent non-profit foundation based in New York, NY. Established in 2004, the mission of the foundation is to fortify the key elements of a healthy community in the areas of health, human services, education, the environment and the arts, particularly as they relate to under-served and vulnerable populations. The assets of the foundation are managed by the executive management team.
