Where 1Password prices come from
Secondary marks are indicative month-end price levels observed across secondary-market trading venues — a level, not a trade — and are the market input to the PrivateMarketView mark. Private share prices aren’t published anywhere. Aggregate figures combine multiple reporting channels — direct participant reports, platform transactions, third-party market intelligence — at monthly granularity. Individually dated prints are a Pro feature and are shown only for transactions recorded on our own platform. Third-party-reported trades are never republished individually, at any tier. Verified prints (✓) have been confirmed against a second source. Prints marked SPV or Forward reflect the structure’s pricing, which can differ from direct share transfers of 1Password stock.
