Established in 2017, the agency is a state-owned wholly-owned company under the Jiangxia District State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Bureau. The agency is the strategic implementation carrier for the Jiangxia District to promote the "industry-driven zone and innovation-driven zone". The assets are managed by the executive management team.
