ROM Utrecht Region

ROM Utrecht Region is an economic development agency based in Utrecht, Netherlands. Established in 2020, the agency invests in innovative startups and scale-ups across Utrecht province and the Gooi & Vecht region. It supports enterprises through capital injections and programs within three main ecosystems: Life Sciences & Health, Earth Valley (sustainable built-environment and climate tech), and New Digital Society (digital innovation, EdTech, games, immersive media). The assets are managed by the supervisory board.
