Dragonfly Capital Corp was a corporation based in Vancouver, Canada. Established in 2010, it was engaged in the identification and evaluation of assets or businesses to complete a qualifying transaction as defined by the rules of the exchange. The assets of the firm were managed by the executive management team. Dragonfly Capital was acquired by Black Swan Graphene Inc. on January 17, 2022.
