Discount Capital is a direct investment firm based in Tel Aviv, Israel. Established in 1992, it serves as the private equity and venture capital arm of Israel Discount Bank Ltd. It provides investment banking services, including debt and equity underwriting, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate finance advisory in the Israeli capital market. The assets of the firm are managed by the executive management team.
