CDIB Capital Group

CDIB Capital Group (CDIB) is a banking institution based in Taipei, Taiwan. Established in 1959 as a privately run financial institution operating the direct-investment business, born of the joint efforts of the Economic Stabilization Committee of the Executive Yuan, the World Bank, and private capital. It was restructured as an industrial bank in 1999. CDIB is an operating subsidiary of China Development Financial Holding. The assets are managed and governed by the executive management team.
