Beijing Financial Street Capital Operation Group is a government agency based in Beijing, China. Established in 2012, the agency is a professional platform for the market-oriented operation of state-owned capital, which is wholly owned by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Xicheng District. It promotes the optimization of the layout structure of state-owned capital, cultivating and incubating strategic emerging industries, and deepening the reform of state-owned assets and enterprises to serve regional economic and social development. The assets are governed by the executive management team.
