Arkansas Development Finance Authority

Arkansas Development Finance Authority (ADFA) is an economic development agency based in Little Rock, Arkansas. Established in 1985, the agency administers funding in the form of tax-exempt bonds and other debt instruments through its series of program activities. These activities are divided into two main categories: Development Finance and Affordable Housing Development. The assets of the firm are managed by the executive management team.
