An indicative range within one business day.

You are not named to any buyer until you agree to proceed. Nothing here is binding, and there is no cost to ask. Not an offer to buy or sell securities.

What you can sell

Common or preferred stock, exercised options, RSUs where the company permits transfer, and LP or fund interests. Unexercised options usually cannot transfer directly; the desk will tell you whether a structure solves it for your company. Founders, employees and former employees, angels, and funds trimming or winding down a position all sell this way.

How a sale works

  1. 1Tell the desk the company, what you hold, roughly how much, and when. No account, no fee to ask.
  2. 2We confirm transferability: rights of first refusal, board approval, and whether a direct transfer works or the trade needs a structure.
  3. 3The position goes to our buyer network without your name on it. You are not named until you agree to proceed.
  4. 4An indicative price range comes back, usually within one business day. You decide whether to proceed.
  5. 5Documents, company approvals and settlement run through the broker-dealer. The timeline from here is set mostly by the company’s approval process.

If a direct transfer is blocked

Many companies restrict direct transfers. The desk structures around that where the company’s documents allow it: a single or double SPV, a forward agreement, or a sale of the fund interest itself. If the company holds a right of first refusal, it or its assignee can step in and buy at the negotiated price — you still sell at that price; only the buyer changes.

Confidentiality and fees

Nothing here is binding, and there is no cost to ask. Buyers do not see your name until you agree to proceed. The fee on a brokered block is quoted on the file, in writing, before you commit — it is paid at close, not up front.
