Who buys here

Family offices, secondary funds, hedge and crossover funds, and accredited individuals and qualifying entities buying late-stage private positions, typically at $250,000 and up. Our blocks and co-invest allocations come directly from the GPs, founders and early holders who own them — proprietary flow, not inventory circulating in the broker community — so a buyer here usually sees a position first.

How a purchase works

  1. 1Post the indication: the company, a size, the structures that work for you, and a level if you have one. No account, no fee to ask.
  2. 2The desk matches it against live positions and the holders in our network. Your name stays with the desk.
  3. 3Terms come back by reply: structure, size available, and a level, with transferability already confirmed.
  4. 4Documents, company approvals and settlement run through the broker-dealer.

Not sure you qualify?

Buying private shares requires accredited investor status — net worth, income or license tests today, with new credential and exam pathways proposed by the SEC in September 2026. The rules, and what’s changing, in plain language.

The book

Live blocks and allocations sit on the book. Levels are shown to signed-in counterparties who attest to accredited status; everyone else sees the names and structures and asks the desk. Structures run from direct transfers to single and double SPVs, forwards and LP interests — the desk tells you which one a given position needs.
