## How it is different

- Proprietary deal flow: secondary blocks and co-invest allocations come directly from GPs, funds, founders and early holders, not from the broker community.
- Principal to principal: the desk deals with the decision maker on both sides, the GP or holder and the buyer, so trades close more often, stay confidential and carry a lower fee than a chain of intermediaries.
- A network built over more than thirty years in institutional equities, on both the buy side and the sell side.
- Over-the-counter execution: transfer restrictions, company approvals, SPV and forward structures and settlement, handled by a desk that has run private block trades for two decades.

## How a sale works

1. Tell the desk the company, share class, approximate size and timing. No account, no fee to ask.
2. The desk confirms transferability (ROFR, board approval, whether a direct transfer or a structure such as an SPV or forward is needed).
3. The position goes to the buyer network confidentially; the seller is not named until they agree to proceed.
4. An indicative price range comes back, usually within one business day.
